Troy Palmer joined the Bistro family in 2009 as manager of The Bridge Road Bistro. Palmer carries more than 20 years experience of management in the restaurant industry.
Chef Wong has developed and opened The Bridge Road Bistro, as well as numerous other restaurants in West Virginia.
He has been featured in national publications and also been published in several books and regional articles.
